Job Summary
Villa La Massa seeks a skilled Sales and Events Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Events Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive and reactive sales efforts, while managing groups and events programs with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and guests to provide personalized service and maximize revenue.
- Respond efficiently to sales inquiries, providing tailored proposals and following up with a purposeful touch.
- Promote our facilities to new and existing clients through a proactive approach, maintaining and developing contact with trade and potential clients through local networking and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure the highest level of service, conducting site inspections with clients and agents, and planning and attending familiarization trips.
- Support the Group Events team in planning and coordinating groups and events, client inspections, and entertainment.
- Work closely with the proactive sales team to maximize lead conversion, utilizing the property's CRM system to manage accounts, leads, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in luxury hotels, with a high level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Strong written and spoken Italian and English, with a legal right to work in Italy.
- Ability to think creatively, develop and design new strategies, ideas, and relationships to drive business.
