Luxury Travel Sales Specialist in Italy

We are a boutique tour operator specializing in luxury travels for foreign B2C customers in Italy. Our team is passionate about providing the best experience for people visiting Italy, and we're looking for a Luxury Travel Sales Specialist to join us.
The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in online and offline travel sales, with a strong focus on precision, organizational skills, and efficiency. Fluency in English and Italian is a must, with native-level English preferred. Experience in luxury travel or tourism, especially in wine & food experiences, is a plus.
This is a permanent contract opportunity with a generous variable package, offering a salary range of 25-35K, plus benefits. As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy working in a small context where independence and decision-making are highly valued and rewarded.
Your responsibilities will include managing travel requests, creating complete travel proposals throughout Italy, interacting with clients across different time zones, and supporting translations, preparation of documents, and marketing materials. You may also be required to assist and accompany clients on the ground.
