Job Description

As a Luxury Travel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing travel requests and creating personalized travel proposals throughout Italy.

  • Interact with clients across different time zones to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage accounts and process payments with suppliers.
  • Check and confirm availability, pricing, and details with suppliers.
  • Prepare contracts and collect payments from clients.
  • Fulfill sold travel programs and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Support translation services, document preparation, marketing activities, and social media outreach.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Native-level English fluency (C1 or C2).
  • Fluent Italian language skills (C1 or above).
  • At least 3 years of experience in online and offline travel sales.
  • Prior experience in luxury travel or tourism, especially wine & food experiences, is an advantage.
  • Precision, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently.
  • In-depth knowledge of Italy and its culture.
