Job Summary:
Raise the bar in reservations sales with Marriott International as a Luxury Reservations Sales Expert. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by soliciting and managing high-end reservations sales opportunities. Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize room revenue, control property occupancy, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.

Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue high-value reservations sales opportunities to achieve personal and team revenue goals.
- Develop deep market knowledge, including competitor analysis, economic trends, and customer needs, to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and convention services teams to process rooming lists, reservation cards, and other sales-related tasks.
- Execute operational aspects of booked business, including proposal generation, contract writing, and customer correspondence.
- Monitor accuracy of reservation sales orders within tracking systems and track no-show reservations, processing charges as needed.
- Ensure timely application of billing instructions for daily arrivals and manage wait lists effectively.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
