Main Responsibilities
Organize, manage, and coordinate sales teams to achieve a harmonious approach to business activities, encompassing market penetration, growth, and synergy.
Key Objectives
- Develop a commercial strategy that maximizes market presence and drives business expansion in target sectors.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, fostering new commercial relationships and expanding the customer network.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to assess goal achievement and identify areas for improvement.
- Promote lasting partnerships with key accounts through high-quality, personalized services.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to create innovative solutions in response to market demands.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in coordinating B2B commercial activities, achieving sales targets, preferably in the semi-finished goods and ingredients sector for the food industry.
- Competence in market data analysis, trend interpretation, and strategic decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of the food industry market (nutraceuticals, pharma), regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- International experience and excellent English language proficiency.
Preferred
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines, with documented experience in the commercial sector.
- Experience in organizational integration processes, reorganization, growth, and multinational contexts.
