Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of our food and beverage categories in the Italian market. This role presents a unique opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to drive business and channel development in the local fresh market.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the Italian market, focusing on snacks and beverages.
  • Identify and build relationships with key local distributors, retailers, and other business partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with the European team to align sales efforts with regional and global strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company in the Italian market.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and opportunities for growth to senior management.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the FMCG sector, particularly in the food and beverage categories.
  • Strong understanding of the Italian market and local consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
