Forestown is a leading food company with a strong presence in over 63 countries. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of our food and beverage categories in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the Italian market, focusing on snacks and beverages.
- Identify and build relationships with key local distributors, retailers, and other business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the European team to align sales efforts with regional and global strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company in the Italian market.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and opportunities for growth to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the FMCG sector, particularly in the food and beverage categories.
- Strong understanding of the Italian market and local consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
