**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Activation Specialist to join our team at Kellogg. As a Marketing Activation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Activation Manager in implementing all marketing activities to ensure successful brand activations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Brand Activations and Autonomy**: Collaborate with external agencies to execute brand activations, including contests and trade roadshows.
  • **Data Tracking and Analysis**: Monitor sell-in and sell-out data, analyze consumer data, and track competition activations.
  • **Brand Point of Contact**: Manage brand marketing mix in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Engage with other functions within the company and the central team.
  • **Budget Tracking and Below the Line Investment**: Track the Marketing budget and make recommendations for below-the-line investments.

**Requirements**

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in economics or marketing.
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English.
  • Advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferably studies exchange programs or internship experience.
