About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Partner to join our Sales team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving bookings growth and achieving assigned bookings budgets by acquiring, nurturing, and expanding relationships with top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver budgeted Personal (and/or sub team) Bookings and manage personal (and/or sub team) Bookings pipeline and forecast.
  • Build strategic account plans and think strategically about how to grow the business within assigned accounts.
  • Actively contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the local market.
  • Implement strategies that will drive improved client relationships.
  • Lead some of the largest accounts in the local market and may also be required to (co) lead a Global Key Account or Global Development Account.
  • Guide internal teams to deliver account success growth.
  • Actively drive new business development.
  • Lead and support big pitches.
  • Represent the company at external conferences and client partnering thought leadership events.
Requirements
  • Holds a BS/BA in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent.
  • 7+ years experience in research agency or client-side role.
  • Experience in the market research industry, selling and/or delivering research solutions to consumer insights marketing functions.
  • Consultative selling skills, with enough knowledge of research to appropriately match solutions to business needs.
  • Experience in negotiating complex deals with senior decision makers.
  • Strong presence (verbal and written communication), with the ability to run effective sales presentations and technology demos.
  • Able to positively influence internal teams through persuasion, negotiation and consensus building.
  • Experience leading teams and growing bookings.
  • Significant experience in high quality proposal writing.
  • Knowledge of strength in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Strong commercial acumen and drive.
  • Able to understand client needs and demands in a research context.
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and clients.
