Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Manager to join our team at Experian. As a key member of our client engagement team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing sales or business development roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in English and Italian
