Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Manager to join our team at Experian. As a key member of our client engagement team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing sales or business development roles
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Fluency in English and Italian
