Job Summary

As a Client Engagement Manager at Experian, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage client engagement functions, serving as a central point of contact for major clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet client needs.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to support their success.
  5. Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements

  1. 3-7 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the financial services or big data and analytics space.
  2. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving business growth.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
