Client Engagement and Growth

We are seeking a skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Experian. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client engagement functions and serving as the central contact for major clients. Your key objective will be to understand our client base, strengthen relationships through training and strategic dialogue, and identify opportunities to increase the footprint of our product across all covered clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client engagement functions and serve as central contact to major clients
  • Understand our client base and strengthen relationships through supporting, training, and strategic dialogue
  • Identify opportunities to increase the footprint of our product across all covered clients
  • Identify issues and potential concerns in the relationship and work to rectify them
  • Follow market dynamics and share vision with clients and prospects
  • Help maximize product usage with all clients and promote additional functionalities and upgrades
  • Work with presales, consultants, and development teams for new client enhancements and feature requests
  • Develop efficient internal and client communication mechanisms

Qualifications

  • Degree level with economic, statistical, accounting, financial, or mathematical elements
  • 5+ years of experience in client-server sales environment in the Financial Services company sector
  • Strategic focus
  • Establishment use of internal and external relationships
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • English and Italian fluent
