Blu Selection is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our expanding international team in Milan. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth. If you have a proven track record in managing sales accounts and a passion for building long-term relationships, we encourage you to apply.



    Responsibilities and Impact





  • Develop and execute strategies to expand existing clients' accounts and increase sales revenue.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and networking.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including monthly and yearly sales KPIs, to inform business decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, to identify and develop new projects and business opportunities.



    Requirements and Qualifications



To be successful in this role, you will need:





  • A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in managing sales accounts within the Beauty and Cosmetics industry.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
