Sales Relationship Manager

A Client Relationship owner ensures every client is welcome and well taken care of, taking pride in developing long-term relationships. This role involves being aware of CRM targets and actively engaging in all actions to reach them. Personalized reach-out campaigns are implemented, and all tools available are utilized to complete CRM tasks within given timeframes. Consistently capturing client data and taking notes of all qualitative information is crucial, as well as knowing one's portfolio of customers, particularly the VVICs and VICs handled.
An omnichannel business partner offers excellent customer service and improves individual business performance. All omnichannel services available are used to grow omnichannel sales. Being aware of store and individual sales and KPIs targets and actively engaging in all actions to reach them is essential. Actively completing trainings and participating in all commercial activities set by the Manager is also required. Being aware of local trading environment and competitors' activities is vital.
An Operations Excellence supporter ensures an impeccable store environment and grooming at any time of the day. Proactively informing the Manager of any structural repair needed in store to ensure a luxurious environment at all times is crucial. Implementing all guidelines related to the store and participating in inventories is also essential. Supporting after-sales clients and following up to ensure impeccable after-sales service is vital. Complying with established Richemont policies and standards is required.
Experience Success with Us
Extensive previous experience in WRTW is necessary. Onboarding and training of new joiners is also required. Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with Arabic being considered a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills are vital. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
