Main Activities

The successful Sales Manager Italy will be responsible for driving business growth in Italy through strategic sales planning, customer relationship management, and sales execution. Key activities include:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, participate in industry events, and manage inbound requests to acquire new customers.
  • Relationship with the Customer: Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Pricing and Budget: Negotiate prices with customers, create offers, and promote cross-selling and up-selling operations to increase revenue.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, offers made, and project development to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Degree in Chemistry or related field, sales experience in international markets, and fluency in English.
  • Nice to Have: Background in the nutraceutical industry and basic French language skills.
