Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Senior Relationship Manager in our Energy Sector division. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in Italy, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
- Work closely with product partners to identify and execute new business opportunities
- Conduct thorough analysis of client financials and credit risk to ensure informed decision-making
- Coordinate and resolve conflicts and customer support issues as they arise
- Prepare and present reports to internal committees and stakeholders
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the Energy sector and its challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
