Position Overview:
The Guest Services Coordinator will report directly to the Front Office Manager and will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Guest Service operations effectively.
  • Proactively recommend and sell available experiences to guests.
  • Maintain timely correspondence with guests and agencies as per established procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support to guests throughout their stay and gather valuable feedback.

Employment Details:

  • Seasonal fixed-term contract with a focus on guest engagement.
  • Competitive compensation package including a tourism flat-rate agreement and annual performance bonus.
  • Full-time commitment required, with a structured schedule including one day off per week.
  • Shared accommodation provided, with utilities covered by the company.

Candidate Profile:

  • Educational background: Diploma or Degree.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in 4/5-star hotels or similar establishments.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and essential IT tools.
  • Strong initiative, adherence to procedures, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Essential qualities include professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a guest-oriented mindset, with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly while managing stress effectively.
