Job Overview:
As a Service Engineering Specialist at Leonardo, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and availability of our in-service fleet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely engineering support to our customers, working closely with other Product Support Engineering functions to achieve market-required targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective engineering support to customers, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues through analysis and documentation.
- Collect and update fleet statistics, maintaining databases and generating reports as required.
- Conduct reliability and maintainability analysis of helicopters and components to drive product recovery and improvement targets.
- Prepare and present product recovery and improvement presentations to customers.
- Monitor and track Service Bulletin implementation.
- Update and maintain internal documentation.
- Generate Technical Support KPI reports.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Civil Aviation regulations.
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and SAP.
- Technical drawing analysis skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong team orientation.
