**Job Summary**

Adat Studio S.R.L. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect/Project Manager to lead our design team in delivering high-quality architectural solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion, with a strong commitment to design excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Oversee project teams, taking ownership of project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Implement rigorous quality control processes to maintain high design standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative design concepts.

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of architectural experience, with a Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
  • Prior studio experience on high-profile and international projects.
  • Extensive experience with construction detailing and the ability to create a complete construction document set.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
