Job Title: Project Planner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team at Alstom. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules to manage time commitments efficiently. You will work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables and milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules to manage time commitments efficiently
- Work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables and milestones
- Analyze schedule management requirements of customers and define project preparation schedules
- Detail project schedules based on reference library templates and highlight critical paths and risks
- Propose strategies for compliance with contractual requirements and participate in the definition of schedule interfaces with partners and customers
- Deliver on-time all schedule deliverables down to the requested level and estimate the cost of scheduling management effort
Requirements:
- Project management and industrial backgrounds
- Good overall knowledge of railway products and systems is a plus
- Good communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker
- Conflict management and multi-tasking
- Ability to challenge project team and highly proactive in proposing solutions
- Able to think critically and using good judgment
