Job Title: Project Planner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team at Alstom. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules to manage time commitments efficiently. You will work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential delays and risks.
- Provide regular scheduling updates and analysis to the project team and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency with overall project schedule and manage schedules interfaces.
- Organize and lead periodic project schedule sessions.
- Prepare schedule and progress reports for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Project management and industrial backgrounds.
- Good overall knowledge of railway products and systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conflict management and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to challenge project team and propose solutions.
- Ability to juggle with schedules and changing project goals.
