About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure efficient time management and compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to manage time commitments and ensure on-time delivery of tender deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and update project schedules, ensuring consistency with overall project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential delays, proposing solutions to respect committed schedules.
  • Manage project schedules, including baseline approval, regular updates, and potential delays analysis.
  • Provide timely schedule situation reports, highlighting gaps between actual and baseline schedules.
Requirements
  • Project management and industrial backgrounds.
  • Good overall knowledge of railway products and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a large network.
  • Conflict management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to challenge project teams and propose proactive solutions.
  • Capacity to juggle schedules and changing project goals.
  • Good judgment and critical thinking skills.
