**Production Planner Role at Blm Group**
The Production Planner is a critical role that ensures the smooth operation of the Production Planning Office at Blm Group. This position is responsible for guaranteeing and carrying out the activities necessary to achieve the production standards of quality and punctuality of our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process, update, and manage production orders to meet customer demands and optimize production capacities.
- Monitor production progress to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
- Contribute to delivering high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the work group and corporate functions to achieve common goals.
**Key Activities**
- Generate production orders and manage production capacity reservations.
- Plan and manage production orders, including response with delivery times.
- Manage production order data, including personal data, production cycles, and bills of materials.
- Control inventory levels and procure raw materials necessary for production in collaboration with the Purchasing area.
- Monitor production progress and develop alternative programs to respond to emergencies and optimize production capacities.
- Support continuous improvement projects of production processes from a Lean Production perspective.
**Requirements**
- Degree or diploma in management, preferably in industrial engineering, production process engineering, or management engineering.
- 3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of fundamental IT tools and systems for modern production planning, including ERP, MES, and automatic warehouse management software.
- Strong methodological orientation to optimize production activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create constructive discussions between colleagues.
- Organizational attitudes to manage information and time effectively.
- Knowledge of the English language at B1 level or higher.
**Nice to Have**
- Work experience in industrial companies that design and build industrial automation machines or systems.
