About the Role:
As Field Operations Director at QJMOTOR Italy, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our aftersales operations in Italy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our dealer network and assistance centers deliver exceptional post-sales services, resulting in high customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve post-sales efficiency and quality of service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers and assist them in meeting their sales objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to post-sales, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable recommendations.
  • Train and develop dealers' technical and administrative staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align post-sales strategies with overall business goals.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in field operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Fluency in English with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
