  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
  • Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and pricing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management or leadership role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Open availability with the ability to work a flexible schedule.
