Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing specific IT solutions and applications that support our business processes. Your expertise in IT systems, business processes, and project management will enable you to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benchmarking of IT solutions to support business functions and improve project delivery
  • Developing and maintaining application tracking and new release features
  • Collecting and analyzing business requirements to define project scope and business cases
  • Managing projects and coordinating with the IT Application Manager
  • Contributing to project development and providing technical expertise
  • Internal reference point and tutor for assigned topics
  • Collecting and analyzing business requirements and transferring knowledge to the development team
  • Interviewing, analyzing documents, and drawing out requirements
  • Understanding business process management and translating requirements to software specifications
  • Supporting and training key users on system functionalities
  • Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage
  • Collecting, evaluating, and compressing data and information
  • Delivering results through thorough research and collaboration
  • Acquiring deep knowledge of working systems and implementing efficient changes
  • Ensuring recommended solutions are adopted and respected
  • Understanding technical designs and specifications
  • Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients
  • Designing and executing test scripts and scenarios
  • Managing change requests and meeting agreed deadlines
  • Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams, and support teams
  • Managing and coordinating IT Application Specialists and Analysts

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Economics or Engineering
  • Experience in project development
  • Knowledge of main IT solutions applicable in the business area
  • Understanding and knowledge of business processes related to finance and controlling
  • Understanding SQL language
  • Strong experience in ERP business modules
  • Good experience in technical tools integrated in the IT application
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a complex multinational environment
  • Fluent in English language
  • Advanced use of MS Office tools
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • Pronounced proactive approach
  • Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure
