Job Summary

DKV Mobility is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our Inside Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing data from internal systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes to increase productivity and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from MS Dynamics, Genesys Pure Cloud, and other internal systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager and Team Leaders to develop and implement process changes to increase productivity and service levels.
  • Ensure the appropriate utilization of systems in conformity with central and local procedures and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to internal agents and contact persons of outsourced telesales providers on processes, systems, and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in sales companies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM platforms, and contact center platforms, including Power BI, SAP, MS Dynamics, and Genesys PureCloud.
  • Advanced level of Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English (at least B2), with a nice-to-have proficiency in Spanish.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player and effective communicator.
