About the Role
Nier Ingegneria Spa is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Occupational Health and Safety Junior Technician to join our team in Bologna.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of occupational health and safety policies and procedures;
- Conduct risk assessments and develop emergency plans to ensure a safe working environment;
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate potential hazards;
- Develop and maintain knowledge of environmental compliance and workplace safety practices;
- Provide support in drafting risk assessments and emergency plans;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering (preferred) and/or knowledge of environmental compliance and workplace safety practices;
- Low experience in workplace hygiene and safety compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08;
- Relevant abilities and possession of the qualifications envisaged by Article 32 of Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 for the role of External Health and Safety Officer (the Italian RSPP) for Public Administrations and companies in all ATECO macro-sectors;
- Competence and ability in drafting risk assessments and emergency plans;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Availability for full-daily trips.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous positions as RSPP for Public Administrations;
- Ability to use AutoCAD or equivalent applications;
- Competence and ability in drafting risk assessments of machinery and work equipment.
