You will provide guidance, directives, control, and audit of security systems in the country, ensuring compliance with Global Corporate Security policies and requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for the security of employees, resources, and information against criminal risks.
  • Professional responsibility: To provide guidance, directives, control, and audit of security systems of the country.
  • Sites are in compliance with Global Corporate Security policies, requirements, and guidance.
  • Champion the security strategy for the site and country.
  • Instrumental in investigations related to security breaches and improving security standards of site/country.

Requirements

  • Incumbent to have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as Business Partnership role at a manufacturing location and 10 years of overall Security experience.
  • Served in Uniform Forces will be preferred.
  • Extensive, proven success with the global security management framework/skills.
  • Analytical & Proactive thinking.
  • Impact & influence | Stakeholder management.
  • English and Italian fluent.
