We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Specialist to join our team at Quirónprevención. As a leading company in the field of health and safety, we are committed to providing the best possible services to our clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented HSE Specialist to oversee the health and safety aspects of our wind farm assembly projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all staff comply with safety measures, monitoring the implementation of the client's H&S Plan and Procedures, and collecting and verifying safety documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety measures during assembly phases
  • Verify that the client's H&S Plan and Procedures are being followed
  • Collect and check safety documentation, including training, medical skills, and delivery of EPIs
  • Meet with the planning of work defined by the local operational structure
  • Paralyze works if a serious or imminent risk to workers' health is detected and communicate the risk
  • Report activities carried out in the client's management system
  • Participate in the investigation of any incidents suffered by own staff and/or hired by the client

Requirements

  • Education: Related to Health and Safety
  • Proven experience as EHS Advisor
  • Experience working on projects (wind farm, construction, civil works...)
  • Experience managing HSE Plans, policies, and procedures
  • Supervising HSE aspects, review subcontractor's documentation, and permits
  • Language: Fluent English
  • Experience working on Wind Farm projects or similar scope (GWO)

  • Project duration: 4 months or longer
