Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will be part of the Sales Department, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. Your primary focus will be on maintaining relationships with current and potential customers to finalize sales contracts, driving business growth in Converting and Packaging Machinery.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Office and Product Management to share and update new market needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to conclude sales contracts.
  • Develop relationships with distributors and agents to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Develop and present offers based on customer inputs and needs.
  • Verify the completeness of offers with respect to customer customizations.
  • Identify new customers and conduct negotiations.
  • Visit customers and participate in trade fairs to promote the company's products.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or Economy/Business Administration.
  • Excellent sales record and proven experience in Industrial Automation.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Italian, plus another language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong numerical, financial, and analytical abilities.
  • Able to balance budgets and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
