Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be tasked with promoting and selling the company's specialized embossing rollers to a diverse clientele.

This position requires the development of strong relationships with prospective clients, identifying their requirements, negotiating terms, and finalizing sales agreements.

The Sales Account role also includes assisting clients with pilot testing, designing, and implementing tailored technical solutions.

  • Create mechanical designs and technical drawings
  • Collaborate independently and with fellow designers to devise innovative solutions for embossing rollers
  • Offer competitive and creative solutions for product enhancements
  • Research and develop new methodologies to advance embossing roller technology
  • Stay informed about new product developments
  • Prepare proposals based on client specifications
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct negotiations effectively
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
  • Organize and engage in company exhibitions and trade shows

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Engineering or Industrial Design
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian, along with an additional language
  • A solid understanding of mechanical design principles
  • Competence in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems; knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Strong numerical, financial, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
