We are seeking a highly skilled DTC Controller to join our team at Rossignol Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading budgets and forecasts processes, preparing monthly reports, and analyzing data to drive operating performance.
About the Role- Lead budgets and forecasts processes in collaboration with business partners
- Prepare monthly reports and propose journal entries
- Analyze data to determine how to drive operating performance
- Monitor budgets spend and ensure predicted outcomes are met
- Build business plans and ROI KPIs for retail openings and marketplaces
- Lead DTC strategic 5-year plan process with top management
- Partner with other areas of finance organization to ensure alignment and compliance
- Degree in business management, finance, or accounting
- 3+ years of progressive financial experience, particularly in e-commerce and/or retail
- Proven experience in taking initiative and driving end-to-end processes
- Knowledge of e-commerce and/or retail logic, metrics, and key performance indicators
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit
- Fluent English and Italian
