We are seeking a highly skilled DTC Controller to join our team at Rossignol Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning and analysis.

About the Role

As a DTC Controller, you will be responsible for leading budgets and forecasts processes, preparing monthly reports, and analyzing data to drive operating performance. You will also partner closely with other areas of finance, such as accounting and treasury, to ensure alignment and compliance with financial guidelines and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead budgets and forecasts processes in collaboration with business partners
  • Prepare monthly reports and propose journal entries
  • Analyze data to determine how to drive operating performance
  • Monitor budgets spend and quickly pivot when marketing channels or shops are underperforming
  • Build business plans and ROI KPIs for retail openings and marketplaces openings
  • Lead DTC strategic 5-year plan process with top management
  • Partner with IT and other departments to enhance and automate business intelligence tools
  • Assist business owners with financial guidance and proactive research and analysis
Requirements

We are looking for a self-starter with a degree in business management, finance, or accounting and 3+ years of progressive financial experience, particularly in e-commerce and/or retail. You should have a proven track record of taking initiative, driving end-to-end processes, and executing continuous improvement. Strong mathematical and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential.
