Fast-growing company seeks an experienced Dutch Speaking Customer Service Professional to join their team in central London. This permanent role offers a hybrid scheme with 2-3 days of office work.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, sell tickets, and upsell across the Dutch market while maintaining client satisfaction and working closely with other departments. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, as well as previous experience in sales or customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Sell tickets and upsell across the Dutch market
  • Maintain client/customer satisfaction
  • Work closely and cooperatively with other departments
  • Translate website content from English to Dutch

About You

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is confident and well-spoken in Dutch. As a member of our diverse and friendly team, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in a fast-growing multinational organisation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English to a native level, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Client Service Support, Sales Representative, or Customer Service Executive
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Great eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

Benefits and Salary
