Commercial Development Specialist

La Risorsa Umana Srl, un leader italiano nel settore delle Risorse Umane, cerca un professionista esperto in sviluppo del portafoglio clienti e negoziazione commerciali. La figura ricercata si occuperà di:
Responsabilità principali- Sviluppo e gestione del portafoglio clienti Italia;
- Negoziazione e trattative commerciali ai fini della vendita e/o dei rinnovi dei servizi;
- Gestione e costruzione del rapporto con il cliente;
- Gestione e aggiornamento della documentazione commerciale tramite CRM;
- Gestione della fase iniziale di analisi dei bisogni del cliente.
La risorsa ideale presenterà le seguenti caratteristiche:
- Laurea in Economia/Giurisprudenza o percorsi similari;
- Capacità di agire con proattività/spirito di iniziativa;
- Capacità di problem solving;
- Capacità di time management;
- Ottime capacità relazionali;
- Disponibilità a muoversi sul territorio.
Verrà considerato un plus:
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli commerciali e provenienza dal mondo dei servizi.
Inserimento in un contesto lavorativo competente ed efficiente, contratto di lavoro subordinato in applicazione del CCNL Studi Professionali, con RAL e inquadramento contrattuale commisurato all'effettiva esperienza maturata. Orario full time: Lunedì - Venerdì 9-13 / 14-18.
