About the Role

Amplifon Group is a leading multinational company in the hearing care solutions and services industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Corporate and EMEA Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with EMEA hiring managers to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
  • Manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates and demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and our Leadership Model.
  • Participate in special projects, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies.
  • Min 5 years Corporate and/or Search Firm progressive recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
  • Experience in an international environment working in structured companies where Talent Acquisition is a best practice.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • A third language is highly appreciated.
