Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of international resources and overseeing the delivery of complex projects in the Public Administration, Healthcare, and Energy sectors. Your expertise in cloud computing and experience with Angular 8 or higher, HTML, CSS, Java Enterprise Edition, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Spring Data, SOA, Microservices, Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, REST, SOAP, RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), and NoSQL DB (MongoDB, Neo4J, Cassandra, HBase) will be essential in driving the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of international resources to deliver complex projects in the Public Administration, Healthcare, and Energy sectors
  • Develop and implement cloud computing strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Design and implement scalable and secure architectures using Angular 8 or higher, HTML, CSS, Java Enterprise Edition, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Spring Data, SOA, Microservices, Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, REST, SOAP, RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), and NoSQL DB (MongoDB, Neo4J, Cassandra, HBase)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our solutions remain competitive and innovative
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Technical Manager role
  • Proven expertise in cloud computing and experience with Angular 8 or higher, HTML, CSS, Java Enterprise Edition, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Spring Data, SOA, Microservices, Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, REST, SOAP, RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), and NoSQL DB (MongoDB, Neo4J, Cassandra, HBase)
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of international resources
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
