Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for developing cost-effective technical solutions and leading the technical team to respond to international tenders in the business of telecommunications and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze tender documentation, taking note of critical items and developing high-level system designs
- Optimize systems and read commercial and technical documents of bid specifications, identifying critical items
- Identify winning solutions and interface with vendors and subcontractors
- Prepare cost estimates based on detailed technical and commercial evaluations of solutions
- Submit proposals as per due date and in compliance with tender requirements
- Travel to meet clients or vendors
Requirements
- Master's degree in Telecommunication/Electronic Engineering or equivalent (mandatory)
- Relevant certifications (preferred skill)
- More than 4 years of experience in a similar environment
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
- Good relational skills and ability to work under pressure and respect tight deadlines
