About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators and escalators, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevators and escalators to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
  • Collaborate with our facilities team to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our equipment and systems to provide expert support and guidance to our team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that our equipment and systems are always running at peak performance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Patentino di abilitazione for elevator maintenance.
  • Previous experience in elevator maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
