Quirón Prevención, a leading provider of occupational health and safety services, is seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of Quality Assurance Specialist - Assembly in our Italy office.

We are currently working on national and international renewable energy projects, and we require a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming goods and materials, verifying shipment contents, and performing tool control inspections. They will also be responsible for controlling the expiration date of materials, managing the quality of reverse logistics, and proposing process improvements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control inspections of incoming goods and materials.
  • Verify the contents of shipments and report any non-conformities.
  • Perform tool control inspections and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Control the expiration date of materials and ensure they are used within their shelf life.
  • Manage the quality of reverse logistics and ensure that all materials are properly handled and stored.
  • Propose process improvements and implement changes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Perform final inspections of finished wind turbines to ensure they meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Driving license and ability to travel to project sites.
  • Freelance license and ability to work independently.
