Position Overview

We are currently seeking skilled professionals for the role of Quality Inspectors to contribute to our projects in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assessments of incoming goods and materials prior to and following unloading, ensuring compliance with the bill of materials.
  • Inspect shipment contents according to the planned schedule and document any discrepancies.
  • Carry out inspections of tools and equipment.
  • Monitor the expiration dates of materials.
  • Oversee the dispatch and receipt of materials intended for use.
  • Execute quality control measures throughout the operational process.
  • Ensure inspection tools meet the Client's specifications.
  • Report any identified non-conformities to the appropriate system.
  • Prepare incident reports as necessary.
  • Manage the quality aspects of reverse logistics.
  • Suggest enhancements and process improvement tools within engineering and maintenance.
  • Perform final inspections on completed wind turbines.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Client's Quality Technician and the Project Manager at the wind farm.
  • Facilitate and organize meetings with contractors as required by the Client.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Health, Safety & Environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing complex technical projects and managing construction sites, particularly in the wind energy sector.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Possession of a freelance license.
  • Italian nationality is required.
  • A valid driving license is necessary.
