Job Summary
The Consolidation Specialist will play a critical role in the preparation of the Group Consolidated Financial Statements and will support the Manager in analyzing the Group's financial and economic data. This position requires a high level of expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting
- Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements, including monthly and quarterly reports;
- Prepare annual statutory consolidated financial statements;
- Conduct preparatory analysis and prepare consolidation entries;
- Consolidation and Analysis
- Participate in the intercompany reconciliation process by coordinating activities with foreign subsidiaries;
- Conduct economic and financial analyses to support the preparation of the Group Reporting;
- Chart of Accounts and Guidelines
- Participate in the definition, maintenance, and dissemination of the Group Chart of Accounts;
- Draft corporate guidelines in accordance with IFRS;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role or in accounting/auditing firms of multinational companies;A Bachelor's degree in Economics;Fluent English language skills;Excellent command of Italian and international accounting principles;Excellent command of the Office package;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent communication and teamwork skills;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;What We Offer
