Job Summary

As a Senior Ad Intel Client Service Representative at Nielsen, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional day-to-day support and building strong relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the servicing of clients by providing excellent day-to-day support, set up, and training.
  • Manage daily incoming client calls and emails.
  • Provide training and support to maintain client knowledge of delivery platforms and data.
  • Prepare presentation material to drive client engagement and repeat business.
  • Generate client data reports and assist the delivery team in preparing data files.

Requirements
  • Client-centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret data and run reports using data-based applications.
  • Competency in MS Office and Google products.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
