Role Overview

This position involves acquiring and developing strategic prospects and existing customers, addressing their business needs and digital services demand. The successful candidate will lead the opportunity, exploiting Vodafone services and solutions to achieve individual and team targets. Strong collaboration within the team will maximize team results, customer centricity, and deliver high-value consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and develop existing and prospect customers, proposing Vodafone products and services to reach personal targets.

Provide customers with high-value consultancy, proposing suitable solutions, guaranteeing efficiency and quality, and ensuring full customer satisfaction.

Contribute to the development of sales practices and efficiency for Vodafone products and services, sharing best practices, suggesting new solutions, and monitoring customer satisfaction and market trends.

Requirements

Master of Science degree.

Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in international and complex organizations.

Mother tongue Italian, professional fluency in English.

Sales experience with solutions, IT, and ICT, with a focus on Cloud & Hosting, Security, IoT, and a broad understanding of service proposition.

Specific vertical market knowledge, such as Retail, Transportation, GDO, and Logistic.

Essential Skills

Experience in directly managing customers.

Strong commercial acumen.

Excellent relational and negotiation skills.

Ability to work through the entire sales chain.

Strong sense of proactivity.

Strong attitude to problem-solving.

Strong attitude to reaching targets.
