About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Designer/Project Manager to join our team at Gi Group SpA Filiale di Roma Nazionale. As a key member of our Network and Operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IT solutions for our clients in the Telecomunicazioni sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IT solutions for Network Inventory and Telco OSS processes
- Manage the entire lifecycle of IT solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Coordinate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop functional requirements
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, project plans, and budgets
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Ensure the quality of IT systems, including performance, reliability, availability, maintainability, security, and compliance
- Manage relationships with technology partners and vendors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar roles in structured corporate environments, preferably in the Telecomunicazioni or Utilities sector
- Knowledge of IT service management methodologies and project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile)
- Experience in managing projects related to Network Inventory or Telco OSS
Desirable Skills:
- Certifications in project management methodologies (ITIL, Agile PM, Prince, PMP, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud-oriented software architectures (containers, microservices, etc.)
- Experience in managing projects related to mobile applications
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be based in Rome, with the possibility of remote work. The contract will be full-time, with direct hiring.
