Job Description

Intesa Sanpaolo Group is seeking a Data Technology Owner to join our team in the Crediti e Finanziamenti department. As a Data Technology Owner, you will be responsible for defining and managing data governance processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage data governance processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries to support data governance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement data governance solutions and ensure data quality.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data governance and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and develop data governance solutions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
  • Experience with data modeling and data dictionary development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with data governance tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data virtualization and data lake technologies.
  • Experience with data streaming and data replication.
  • Experience with data reporting and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
