About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our Marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through solid market knowledge and understanding, portfolio storytelling, competitive responses, and the provision of a long-term strategic marketing plan in coordination with country Management and US franchise counterparts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a division budget in collaboration with sales division direction.
  • Integrate product launches into portfolio storytelling and educate the sales force on sales strategies in cooperation with Sales Training.
  • Upgrade product and procedure experience to expert level in the country.
  • Convey market needs and sales requirements to International Marketing team.
  • Ensure the country builds a formalized Marketing Plan based on the annual marketing plan.
  • Drive Marketing Strategy Formulation to define winning portfolio strategies that drive significant growth in the region.
  • Implement and communicate marketing strategies, guiding Product Managers to develop customized messages and selling tools for the market.
  • Orchestrate digital promotional campaigns to empower and support the sales organization.
  • Champion the local implementation plan with Product Manager and the country Sales Force.
  • Manage an efficient and effective work process for Product Manager, delivering relevant and value-added outputs within agreed-upon timelines.
Requirements
  • Completed BA/BS undergraduate degree, with a marketing degree as a preference.
  • MBA diploma will be valued.
  • Experience in ENDO will be valued but not essential, Over The Counter or Direct to Consumer marketing background are as important.
  • Experience in creating and leading omnichannel campaigns is a plus.
  • Experience of managing and leading a team (performance management, training, coaching).
  • Demonstrates high-level professional presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to work with and manage cross-cultural and virtual teams.
  • Prior sales experience will be valued.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages skills advantageous.
