Sales Manager EV Charging

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, strategic partnerships, and market growth within the EV charging industry.
Key Responsibilities- Tender Management: Prepare, manage, and submit bids for DC and AC chargers to secure new business opportunities.
- Compliance and Regulatory Expertise: Ensure adherence to existing and upcoming norms and regulations concerning the core business in the region.
- Business Development: Generate leads and develop multi-channel business strategies to drive growth.
- Customer Advisory: Provide expert advice to SUNGROW customers on their e-mobility journey, including on-site visits, technical trainings, and remote support.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry peers, and suppliers.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and nurture a strategic account pipeline to drive sales growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, operations, service, and marketing.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor regional EV charging market trends, provide recommendations, and strategies to meet customer needs.
- Reporting: Regularly update management on local market trends, insights, reports, and forecasts.
- Brand Representation: Participate in exhibitions and seminars to build the brand name and expand our reach.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a similar engineering degree with a focus on energy or business/marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and account management in the e-mobility industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge in E-Mobility.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English, with Mandarin Chinese being a plus but not required.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer visits, fairs, and events.
- Negotiation and Presentation: Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of electrical systems and first-hand experience with LV installations.
- Analytical Thinking: Analytical thinking with a strategic approach to business planning.
- Team Player: Team-player mindset.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven, and results-oriented.
