- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the EV charging market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry peers, and suppliers to ensure successful partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and account management in the e-mobility industry.
- Technical knowledge of E-Mobility and a strong understanding of electrical systems.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with Mandarin Chinese being a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 40% for customer visits, fairs, and events.
